At XS Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality software development and technology services to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with industry best practices. Please read it carefully before purchasing any service or software from us.

1. Custom Software Development

XS Solutions invests considerable time, planning, and resources into every custom development project. As such, the following refund terms apply:

  • Upfront Deposits: All initial deposits are non-refundable once project work has begun.

  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled before substantial development has started, we may issue a partial refund, based on the proportion of work completed and administrative costs incurred.

  • Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of agreed milestones are non-refundable, once approved by the client.

  • Post-Delivery Refunds: Once a project or deliverable is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

2. Subscription-Based Services (SaaS)

For clients using our subscription-based platforms or software-as-a-service products:

  • Free Trials: Where applicable, free trials are offered with no obligation. No charges will be applied during the trial period.

  • New Subscriptions: A 7-day refund window is available for new subscribers. Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of the initial payment.

  • Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Customers can cancel future renewals at any time via their account or by contacting our support team.

3. Maintenance and Support Plans
  • Monthly Plans: Monthly maintenance or support plans can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Plans: For annual support agreements, pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion if the contract is cancelled early and no outstanding work is pending.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Discovery/consultation sessions

  • Licensing or third-party software fees

  • Emergency bug fixes or urgent service requests

  • Design work already completed and delivered

  • Source code handoff after project completion

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@xssolutions.com with the following information:

  • Full name and company name (if applicable)

  • Invoice number or payment reference

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for requesting the refund

All refund requests will be reviewed within 5 –7 business days. XS Solutions reserves the right to approve or deny a refund request based on the terms stated above.
